About Stephen Baucom
Although Stephen hails from the land of Springsteen and The Sopranos, he now lives in Aspinwall—just a quick shot down Route 28 from Downtown Pittsburgh. From this cozy little community, Stephen Baucom is now able to originate loans in PA, NJ, MD, & FL. Stephen is the very proud father of daughter Ainsley (19) and son Reilly (17).
With 18+ years of mortgage experience under his belt, Stephen brings his characteristic energy and can-do attitude to each and every meeting. And even though his office is technically located in the business-focused region of Fox Chapel, he’d much rather meet you at the nearest Irish pub or cigar bar.
As a former Union President (IATSE), Stephen knows the importance of contract knowledge. As a former US Army Paratrooper (18th Airborne Corp), Stephen knows the importance of being detail oriented. As a former college professor, Stephen believes in the power of educating people before they buy, and he’s proud that many of his customers turn into life-long friends!
